Cristian Bernardi
Founder
Graduated in Economics from the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, he began his career at the Hotel Meurice in Paris in the year 2000. Throughout his journey, he had the opportunity to work at renowned establishments, such as the Rocco Forte Hotels in London; the Dorchester Collection in Milan; and the Tivoli Hotels in São Paulo, Brazil, where he arrived in 2009.
In 2017, he founded Bernardi Hotels, consolidating his vast experience in the industry.
Stefano Parziale
Director/Partner
Graduated in Hotel Management from Anhembi Morumbi University and with a Master’s in Marketing from ESPM, he began his career in the Revenue and E-commerce areas at Tivoli Hotels. Throughout his career, with over 15 years of experience, he has worked at prestigious establishments such as PortoBay Hotels and Gran Meliá.
In 2017, he joined the Bernardi Hotels team, working alongside Cristian Bernardi on the development of the project and taking responsibility for the Rocco Forte Hotels brand in Brazil.
Rafaela Marques
Sales Manager
With a solid background in hospitality and a passion for authentic tourism, he began his career in corporate hospitality, working with chains such as Meliá Hotels International and Brazil Hospitality Group. In 2020, he joined the Be Hospitality team, dedicating himself to promoting hotels that offer genuine experiences. He is currently responsible for major brands such as Maisons Pariente, as well as boutique and historic hotels in Italy.
Raoni Hofmann
Marketing
With experience in marketing and e-commerce, he joined the team in 2021 as head of the Reservations department at Ventos Moreré Hotel & Beach Club. In 2022, he also became part of the Marketing team at Bernardi Hotels & More, where he actively contributed to the creative process of the rebranding to Be Hospitality and to the development of the new visual identity and website.
Leonardo Pardini
Sales Manager
Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in People Management, he began his career in the financial market, where he developed solid commercial expertise. In 2019, he was invited to join the luxury tourism sector in a representation in São Paulo, an area that quickly ignited his passion. He is currently starting a new chapter by joining the Be Hospitality team, where he is responsible for managing major national and international brands.
